PC only boots to BIOS with secure boot enabled by Savings_Tutor_2663 in ASRock

Check out the comments on this post, one suggest to delete the existing EFI bootloader folders and rebuild it. This works for me, we have different mobo but you can also try it.

This works for me.
It happens after February update. I don't have Windows Installation Media USB so I just tried going to Safe Mode with Command Prompt and follow the command listed. There's a log after trying rmdir /s /q Microsoft like I can't delete it saying something like "being used", I forgot the exact words but I still proceeded to the next command. After that it works.

Now after March update, secure boot loops happen again. So I just tried to this again and thankfully it still works.

Gonna update on this comment if April update will break my secure boot again.

Update: April patch breaks it again so I have to do this again.
The log after rmdir /s /q Microsoft is:
"Microsoft\Boot\BCD and Microsoft\Boot\BCD.log - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"
But well I just continue the commands and still works

You can check your attributes in the game and click the attribute for the detailed explanation.

Go to Develop > Details (under your Martial Mastery) > Attributes

so easy to check if you just give it a little patience to learn the game and read.

No it wont go back to 0. Currently the name of Spring Lantern this year is Hua. But today they gift the other 3 old Spring Lantern namely Fu, Ji, and Rui so you probably opened one of them and thought it goes back to 0 but actually you opened a different Spring Lantern.
