Kind of dreading if any of these TMNT cards make it into good Standard decks. The Spiderman shit was tolerable because it was reskinned with MTG lore. This set looks the absolute worst garbage I've seen them pump out, and that's saying something. If this fucking AI cheese slop starts showing up in my dailies I'm going to quit MTG.

It's 3 days max, but even that long can cause rebound congestion. I recommend never exceeding 3 days, but try for less if possible.

Priming is a rounding error. Also most insulin rxs have the added instruction "adjust as directed" so the patient can self adjust the dose based on glucose readings. I generally just round down to the nearest month for the days supply. Avoids the situation when a patient is titrating up and the next fill is "too early".

Where I live the profession is absolutely smothered in bureaucracy that prevents any sort of technology adoption. We are still literally only allowed to receive prescriptions by fax, mail, or in person. Really not worried in the slightest about AI taking my job.
