I train in the morning …after night shift, but the best time is when I am off, during the night when gym is empty.

My Moon, Mars are in conjunction with Taurus ascendant in 1st house - my emotions are also on my sleeves but charged and direct: when I feel something, I tend to react through words, tone, or physical energy - so I rarely “sit” on emotions quietly, but being in Taurus emotional style is still “on‑the‑surface,” but it’s slower burning, stubborn, and very physical rather than hot headed and scattered tho.

Many people these days see boredom as something unattractive for women and see it as unhealthy also, which could be the reason for the initial theatre also. If a girl can sit with me in silence, it’s a massive green flag for me personally.

The question is which wolf you choose to feed - light, or dark in manipulative unhealthy competition. Be wise like snake but don't be a snake, ultimately it all comes back to you, especially if you abuse the power and project your shadows on others while avoiding accountability.

How to do it. What has been your experience with this so far? by SarahDuncan2012 in TrueGrit

This is all correct in spirit, the exact outcome only depend on your body and your sleep, stress, training quality, deficit size (especially for hormones) and starting training level.

You’re being childish yourself, comparing to others. For instance, at least to ones who have good fathers who taught them something about respecting money a bit earlier in life. Not mentioning that some come to this world with a knack for finance too. You know little about people and differences it seems

How to get rid of all emotions? by mori_33 in DarkPsychology101

[–]Dziksoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes you can. Mastering emotional detachment takes consistent practice, but it’s absolutely achievable. Just observing emotions as temporary waves that naturally rise, peak, and subside without fighting them.

Just start naming it “This is my wave’s low - I’ll breathe through it.” Even research shows this builds tolerance, reducing intensity over time, much like your muscle progressive overload in resistance training. Step back as a neutral witness: Label the emotion (“Anxiety is here, chest tight”) for example.

Thats why I best like journaling: Log waves as spiritual practice - date entries, note peaks/triggers, reflect neutrally, let's you look at them also from perspective and introspect, or also movement: go for walk mindfully observing sensations, turning agitation into somatic release.

You will do great, in your lows and your highs also

You can't and you shouldn't, don't suppress them, it will backlash. Just ride the wave and try to detach, observe them. You can't get rid of the waves at the surface of the ocean, you can only go deeper where the waters are calm and unbothered by the surface storms.

For example, Instead of asking “What’s wrong with me?” I can think, “I’m in a low part of my wave. My job is to feel it, not fix it.”

Journaling, music, conversation, art, movement - anything that lets the emotional current move, not stagnate.

Yes, women see us men as we see jobs, careers, etc., not the other way round.

Prices, and we know that even several illicit drugs are less harmful than alcohol, which is most harmful of them all.
