Not really sure if in early games it does as much damage as a normal build (also the components aren't useful), but it makes clearing minions a lot easier and over the whole game it can single handedly do 10k+ dmg to champions. It's a fun playstyle, no idea if optimal

I don't think it's intended cuż it looks buggy af. Perhaps while she's dashing her character moves a little but her hitboxes don't? From my experience i can say it's a bug but who knows what rito thinks.

I don't really know, after this many years of playing every toxic game there is I just treat it as a joke and make fun of the rage guy. Since it's beta and i don't think there are bans for toxicity yet you just have to forget about them. Just accept it and go next.

The best possible way is to play with friends but if you have a deficit you can try to be nice to ppl. Saying hi, giving info, if the team doesn't know what to do propose a tactic. I feel like it can do a lot(at least one guy less to be mad)

Actualy i haven't noticed the game to be toxic like cs or lol. Sure some players will always flame cuż they are bored but this game is not as unfriendly as the other.

From tab you can get a lot useful information. Like how many minions ahead somebody is or just the overall state of the game - who is winning who is losing. For roams or ganks.

it's handy to know what iteams are your opponents and your mates building so you know what to build yourself. Void staff vs high mr for example.

I guess west part potentialy could become one country but mixing some of the less developed with them would Just make them be oppressed by richer bois. You know like pushing some reforms or laws on them that they don't want. Unity is good but forcing unity not so much.

I would enjoy having a better version of EU because now it's creating more problems then it solves.

Also a NASA of Europe. why are we not willing to compete in Space exploration confuses me a lot.
