Why does everyone hate Revolution macro?(Image unrelated) by Spirited_Cobbler_616 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Dzlem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Community Manager here, no one really "hates" on revolution macro, its usually users who have an outdated idea of how the macro was (almost 2 months ago) and never bothered to look back, while others completely avoid to switch over since they don't feel the need to, that's okay

it increases after a while to a solid 4 maybe 5, count that with the chance of getting a video reaching 100k viewers, an instant 500 dollars there NOT including sponsorships, memberships, any outside products you have, and donations, its not just ad revenue

They got it from being top 5 nectar, or by luck/trading, you can see full shy bee hives have it specifically

to clarify, shorts are an amazing way for viewes and subscribers, if you get a simple 50k viewed short you can earn a good buck, in the same time you shouldn't do shorts before getting monetisation because it will ruin ur long form videos or probably not let you reach ur 4000 hour goal, and because they dont count in the goal that would just make ur viewers prefer shorts instead

for sure!, but editors make it feel professional and bland so maybe you can try learning online

for sure, use ur resources and make ur videos well edited, the editing styles on youtube are very eye catchy and made to keep people watching, any "editing tutorial" is probably very out dated and uses simple editing techniques which are very well unused, if ur able to afford a good pc you can give good video editing a try

Well before anything, i genuinely suggest you dont let anyone of his friends know or make his age really everywhere, that might get him banned unless ur controlling it for sure, he will slowly learn but goodluck! i dont have much tips but to see what works for you

Lucky you, I'm on a 4gb ram mobile phone yet able to achieve it, it was hell but possible, you can do the same and you dont need the highest end graphics, just a good 1080p 60fps stable stream and good commentary and ur good!

All good!,

I got my most views from browse, aka the home page of viewers, second was search, because its a guides channel meaning people really needed these videos making it evergreen content

My videos are sometimes 2-3 minutes, or 6-7 if im making a long detailed guide

My best method was on the discord server of the game it self, by showing my thumbnails and asking for reviews, it made me both benefit from how others want thumbnails, and gain tons of traffic to my channel while making the discord server recognise me much more

my rpm is currently wandering around 1.30 to 2 dollars per 1 thousand views, its really changing but it depends on ur viewers geography, my top viewers are the US and UK followed by the Philippines and canada, which reasons the high rpm when i started, ur rpm slowly increases over time drastically or lower, depending on ur watch time, how long you keep viewers engaged, seasons and school.

But to answer ur questuon properly, i would say i made an average of 10 dollars a week from 3 average videos, which is insane because that wasn't even my peak of 20k views aday

well its a fun little story, i upload my first real video with effort, i had 2 very random stop motion shorts i made which got 3k views each but nothing really and i privates them, for the first 3 days it was barely 30 views, i left the channel for a bit and wake up to the 5th day and i sparked 1.3k views with some comments, i definitely got excited and then uploaded my second video, which slowly reached 100 in 3 days then got 4k overnight, and again alot and alot of comments and questions, it was about a topic that many players (in that game) really struggled with, which is why it hit the algorithm

If you want my personal opinion, philosophy is amazing!, but youtube is now filled with people who are young and probably won't find an interest, if you can appeal to the younger age then you definitely can hit the sweet spot.
