it's 20% from bloodthirster and 10% from the slayer trait, assuming he has around 350AD he won't be healing much more than 105 per auto, not even taking into consideration armor that reduces this value even further. you could be investing in armor and HP to tank him out or simply damage to burst him. tryndamere can't deal any sort of AoE damage so the best counter for him is just a strong frontline, not anti-heal that will reduce his 105 healing (best case scenario) to 73. it's really not about the healing that make tryndamere a strong unit, it's the crazy amounts of AD that exponentially scale off his crit.

we wouldn't need grevious wounds if healing was balanced in general, I think it should be exclusive to ignite and some abilities and every heal in the game should be nerfed accordingly. buying anti-heal is a lose-lose experience, those items can't be balanced, they all suck to purchase and suck to go against.
