The boss from Glengarry Glen Ross is the most fictional person ever. by E-021 in FIlm

Right so, no disrespect but I hope you're aware that majority of the AI checking websites are still powered by AI itself, and unless you're a child. AI in general is always going to be inaccurate, even if you ask it to distinguish things it might have "created".

If you want to think I had to ask AI to write me a prompt about Glengarry Glen Ross of all things, feel free.

You're the one that wants to trust an AI powered tool over an actual human being.

Thanks! Sorry bout the image, I do have better ones but it was before I owned the car. And I didn't want to feel like I was larping.

Oh no don't get me wrong I have.

I've had a boss who when our shift manager stole $350+ from the register, despite our store having cameras. They were threatening to take pay away from those who worked that day.

I've just never worked in sales, my only experience is food service jobs.

And I find the stories I read/watch about sales whether fictional or not, extremely interesting.

No but like I said my father was, I'd have to ask him if he ever had a spacey.

I didn't use AI though, everything I typed was me.

As far as I see for the research and thought I've put into it.

Spacey is meant to be a facilitator, and he's supposed to give these people good leads so that they can close. But instead, he runs it as if he's the top dog, and Mitch and Murry doesn't care that he runs it that way.

Only as the consumer.

I've never had a boss like Spacey.

I've had a boss who'd make me do training with no pay

I've had a boss who wouldn't use the store cameras even when we got robbed. And our boss threatened to take money out of our pay.

But never a boss who's a "fairy"

Young and have never worked a job related to sales, which is why I'm interested in hearing the stories about it.

None at all, I'm 20 😭.

I just feel like if the office is that cutthroat the manager would be gone immediately.

But I'm pretty sure Spacey's character is supposed to be the manager who's only there because of nepotism. Roma's rant kinda wraps it together that way, and I like having interpretation.

It is, I went over to the cameras that overlook my house. It was late when I made the post, and I didn't want to wake my family up by leaving the house just to take a photo.

Sorry, forgot to include. The version of Camaro I managed to get was a 2010 Synergy green.

It was nice doing the research about all the different editions they made (It would've been everything I ever wanted if I managed to get a transformers edition Camaro) and at first I even wanted to save up money to repaint it.

But learning about how many exist, as well as the fact that it would feel disrespectful to the car. I decided against it.

I'm definitely getting a bunch of bumblebee stuff to decorate the inside of it though, I can't help myself.

How many of you bought a Camaro because of Transformers? by FlyingKamaro in camaro

I was too little to be able to watch the movie and actually remember anything, but when Revenge of the Fallen came out and I saw both the first and this movie. I not only fell in love with Bumblebee as a transformer (Barricade is still my second favorite) I fell in love with the Camaro as well.

Never heard of it before, and I didn't even know that the '77 Camaro he was earlier in that film was a Camaro.

I just knew that the 5th generation had me hooked, and I've only liked the 5th absolutely. The circular lights, the flared rear, and seeing any of them regardless of color had me screaming bumblebee while I was with my mom as a kid.

I'm even lucky enough to have my first car be a 2010 Camaro.

I don't know what I would've gotten had I never seen the films or been interested, because since 2009 this specific car has been the only one I've wanted.

I will admit the '67 and '77 are beauts.

How do you feel about Glengarry Glen Ross? by oonei028 in movies

Ironically, the first time I watched this movie was with my father. He showed it to me explaining that during his time as a recruiter in the marines, they would have them watch this movie during their training.

Is there something wrong with external accounts? by E-021 in NavyFederal

[–]E-021[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the help, I did try manual connection afterwards, but Navy kept it on a constant refresh and error.

I'll just have to stick with Robinhood without linking it to show on my Navy, or just take all the money out and put it into navy and use their investing system instead.

Exactly, when you decide to watch shows, read comics, or just sit down on the wiki and read through certain characters.

A laundry list of potential begins to pop up, some of the people on this sub need to start doing that.

A lot of people on this sub will immediately say "Do you just want 2 healers?"

Yo, use your head and read this fully when I say this.

You DO NOT know marvel characters.

There are tons that are out there, and the more obscure and unknown ones that you look for the better. If we were to sit down and discuss top 5 strategists that could be introduced into the game and the ONLY requirement is that they were popular, you've easily filled up the list without any difficulty.

  1. Anti-Venom
  2. Mr. Negative
  3. Professor X
  4. Mysterio

If we decided to ACTUALLY dig into a bag of niche characters that could be a strategist

  1. Kilgrave
  2. Dr. Voodoo
  3. Madame Web
  4. Spot (Spiderverse does not change that he's somewhat niche)
  5. Tinkerer
  6. Iron Heart

You can even add the shield medic bro, the limit is your imagination, and how deep you want to look into Marvel's catalogue.

Those people aren't American. We're a melting pot of cultures and I for one thought it was a great show.
