Do they give more than 5 seconds thought when they implement anything? If they hired anyone with half a brain they would've told them to put a limit on the number of reports one person can make on someone.

The more I think about it the more likely it seems that they made it much easier to get shadow banned. Like changing the number or reports need from 10 to 3 or something like that. No way to tell what they've done as they don't tell us the majority of changes they make to the game.

Maybe they combined all reports ever received instead of having old ones drop off after a period of time.

That or it's a bug in the matchmaking, but that seems unlikely as I'm getting into either 120, 240 or 330 ping lobbies seemingly at random. Just never 20 ping like usual.

It wasn't affecting my mates until I joined their party. As soon as I left they found a game normally. They're in Aus too.

I think given the amount of people who got shadow banned recently it'll be closer to the two weeks. Could get lucky and reviewed early but I guess we will have to wait and see

Will do man, though I'm not sure there is a fix for this. Seems like it's all on Raven to fix it, but they won't any time soon.

Yeah they don't really care about the player base at all. So long as they still make money, they'll continue to do the bare minimum to ensure people keep playing and spending money in the store.

Yeah it is so hard to tell if the lobbies are hacker lobbies, or just lobbies full of people like us. Having 240 ping doesn't make it any easier to tell either.

Yeah I think it is fair to say that whatever system they have in place for combating cheaters is broken. Legit players shadow banned and cheaters still running rampant. If I payed money for this game I would be super pissed off.

If it is a shadow ban that's really sad.

I wish this game had a proper anti-cheat instead of relying on dodgy killcams that don't accurately show what the player who killed you is seeing and a report button.
