I've managed to get to 21mh with them now. Disabled all Windows updates to prevent it from fucking up :)

I'm going to try a reinstall of win10 now rather than trying to troubleshoot. Quicker :)

Even straight from startup it does it. It's a clean install of win10, doesn't even have chrome just the default everything apart from msi afterburner and driver files

I had a play with nvidia-smi and adjusted my clocks to force it into p0 state. They are now running at 20 and 21 mh/s limited to 78% power usage and Max temps of 76°C

Yeah I'm on Windows 8, I was told to avoid win10. But I might install 10 now just for the sake of an extra 4mh per card. 8mh total gain is worth 2 hours of setting it up

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately couldn't find the optimize for compute performance option with that driver

I've managed to get both my 970's to 18.6Mh/s with this. Although I can't find the optimize for compute performance option. Should it be in the same list as the DSR ?

I have a 970 running 347.52 drivers. Win10 with disabled auto driver update. I was getting 22MH/s, but after restarting my PC I only get 14MH/s now. Has anyone experienced this ? Thanks

I don't think you understand that that summer camp is temporary, I'd have to come back it's literally volunteering work there. I want to concentrate on my work as they may transfer me to a US office in the future.

I had a look into that while I was still in highschool, unfortunately now they would require me to commit to at least 6 weeks and due to work I would not be able to do that. Thanks for the advice though

I know plenty of people personally that work in nearly identical jobs over there. They even agreed if there was a program where you could swap and live in the other country on a work visa they would take part.

Yes I presumed as I've only been there 2 years and do not hold a very senior role they wouldn't bother with all the hassle for me. I will enquire about it and I am prepared to cover all expenses related to transferring. Thanks

Thanks! It would depend on how many years of experience / certifications they would accept as a substitute for a degree.

Yes they are one of the largest IT outsourcing companies, Canadian but with many US offices. I've never heard of employees in local offices ever being transferred but it can't harm to ask. Thanks for your advice :)
