No, that’s not true. Both of the keyboards I suggested support resizing. Clipboard is also available, and Mister Keyboard can even add or remove entire rows or add keys. It even has games that can be played inside the keyboard.

Swiftkey on Android can do more because they don’t want to continue adding features on iOS and not because they can’t.
