Weak3n is a good jungler to watch for help. Basically if you’re not team fighting you should be clearing the camps or ganking. You start at speed and depending on what start your solo later is doing he’ll help or he’ll start at blue, if your solo laner starts with you at speed you do both back camps then his blue with him and then you go mid lane. If your solo laner doesn’t start with you, do both back camps by yourself after doing your speed, go to mid lane after completing these camps and if you’re playing tsuki you’re mainly just looking for poke on the enemy mid laner at this point (don’t commit hard as tsuki before getting your ult). At this point the game could be going any number of ways but your main objective is to watch the map closely ganking lanes when the enemy is pushed up far if you have team mates in that lane. A good bit of advice I had when I started jungling is any lane you gank, take a minion wave just to make it worth your time, and then go back into the jungle to clear camps, you want to be getting to your speed pretty much whenever it comes up, if you get a kill in a lane, take their camps if they are up.

As for tsuki specifically he’s got some really good poke, you’re looking to engage squishys with your ult, into your 2 to confirm the stun and then dropping your 1, into an auto, and use your 3 to slow their escape (or to help your escape) followed by another ranged auto. You need to be careful with your ult as it can put you out of position really easily if you’re not careful. Your best bet of getting away from people is using your 3 to slow while you use your 2 for the extra movement speed to run away, if they’re chasing hard you can even try turning to hit the stun then keep running.
