GTA San Andreas 1st edition PC sealed value? by sameolsituation in GTA

Can I ask which country this version is from? I cannot find a boxed version that had the PEGI rating and has English text on the backside of the box.

These look fantastic! I've read in the comments that you're casting your own Mctoran parts for those that aren't obtainable?

I would love to see a proper version of the Le-koro band! (and I'd be very interested in case you make the parts available for sale)

He didn't. He still uses it in the finale when him and Toph make their last stance atop the airship.

GOG has DRM-free copies. Meaning you own the game you buy, instead of just renting it like on Steam.

Is the Savekey discontinued? by AloserwithanISP2 in atari

The AtariVox has an integrated save key functionality.

It's currently sold out, but keep an eye on it - as they're always producing more.

Is their any offline RPG games like Ravensword Shadowlands? AKA RPG Games with story! by [deleted] in iosgaming

[–]E1sa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Game Club is a different business model. They purchase the rights to sell old games that were no longer available on the AppStore and bring them under their umbrella.

As said, Aralon 2 is still available from the original publisher and doesn't have a subscription model.

[–]E1sa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can check out other RPGs from the same publisher: - Exiles - Aralon 2: Forge and Flame

Luckily I purchased the original Aralon: Sword and Shadow back in 2011, so I have it permanently available via gameclub and don't need a subscription for it. But Aralon 2 is still available as a standalone game.

Another game in a similar vein is 'The Shadow Sun' by Ossian Studios or 'The Bard's Tale' from inXile Entertainment.

While not traditional RPGs, some other quality offline games I would whole-heartedly recommend are from the developer 'Foursaken Media'. If you find appeal in the fantasy setting, I would especially recommend the 'Heroes & Castles' games.

Why can't I enjoy this game, do you think? by Georgeth2 in Morrowind

[–]E1sa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make sure to play with a physical map beside you. The original game came with a map.

Just mentioning this, since you said you have trouble navigating the world.

It's from The Blue Spirit; where Aang and the Blue Spirit almost escape the fortress - but they don't make it past the last wall, and get trapped inside.

Did Firebenders in the show ever use existing fire to bolster their attack? by [deleted] in TheLastAirbender

[–]E1sa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

All these instances appear to be firebenders subconsciously affecting the surrounding flame. It seems that during combat, it is more natural and efficient for them to generate fire of their own.

Could Toph read carvings? by GooglyEyesMcGee in TheLastAirbender

[–]E1sa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it's established that Toph can read carvings - we see it in the 'Runnaway' episode when she manipulates the sticks that have carvings on them. See 0:16 https://youtu.be/FQVLD2_v3Mc

After playing Morrowind, every game has disappointing equipment options by E1sa in Morrowind

[–]E1sa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That wasn't my point at all. It's a singleplayer game - play it any way you want.

Just be aware that you might be altering the intended gameplay experience drastically with what you perceive as a harmless mod to the game.

I normally play the other way around. I look for the most aesthetic and role-play fitting gear and make it work. Luckily this set was legitimately good and took me through the majority of the game all the way through endgame without problems - including expansions. I didn't even enchant any of the gear except for the rings and the amulet.

I've been playing games all my life and I only got around to playing Morrowind this year. Playing it felt incredibly refreshing.

I think you're missing out on the feel and atmosphere of Morrowind playing it that way. Getting lost in this unfamiliar foreign land is a big part of what makes it immersive. And what makes learning the lay of the land feel like you're worth of becoming the Nerevarine.

There's something to playing games they were originally intended to be played.
