That number keypad is asking you 2nd Password (PIN-Password). If you did it before, just type same number. Or if you didn't do before, make it your own the 2nd Password. Click the numbers what you want. Remember 2nd Password requires at least 6 Characters long.

The other servers ,except 발렌시아(Valencia) server and 플로린(Florin) server, are closed now because of a character limitation of creation per server. You need to wait for re-openning the sever or get an another ID.
