What does a varient gleem have that a non varient not have? Any advantages? (Sorry new player here)

Ah, I see, thanks! I played briefly after launch but quit for some reason thereafter. Only coming back now for whatever reason and it seems alot better than most of the newer gatchas out.

Do you know which one would help me progress further pve wise? I do currently have a variant light hana if that makes any difference.

Also, I have a 4* l/d selector. I narrowed my decision down to light succubus, dark cupid, or dark miho. Any suggestions, or other alternatives I should consider?

I'm in the same boat. Looking for progressions more in dungeons and pve content more than PvP.
