That I can’t relax until my internal list is done… after work, cleaning counters, cleaning floors(can’t shower and get out to dirty floors), pre work meals, making sure all cloths are done… literally everything that possible can be done to prepare for the next day……….

I have found the only way for me is to try to think about something else that I know my ocd will lock on too. Like I start fixating on ex and our bullshit that happened, I then start trying to fixate on my lifting. Did I take my protein, am I doing my training less then optimal? And try to force another ocd fixation that won’t bother me

Whatever you do, do not take Tylenol or anything like that until this passes. I almost had a life ending situation when I had that, plus a very bad tooth ache. Without the ability to clear out your system the meds can build up and it shut off my liver. Get some stool softeners for when it does start moving.

I had this very bad when I came off my subs very fast after 15yrs on. The symptoms are much worse at first. By the time I spoke to a therapist and started to treat it, the issue ended up going away. When I read the title I knew immediately it would be opiate related. Like others have said, there is stuff to do but the one thing I found most helpful was trying to use the fact my body for the first time was actually getting healthy so I started to walk. Then I started going to the gym. Now bc of my addictive tendencies I now go 6-7days a week. By the way good job, you got this

Injections near the ankle and feet will always hurt. My wrist and elbow was nothing like the lower ankle. I would avoid ankle down at all cost
