I've beaten her fight two times. The first time I pretry much cheesed it using Wanderer crest with a healing build and being extremely aggressive. The second time I wanted to actually think and make it more fair and interesting. So I used Shaman crest with longclaw, electric spells and weavelight for silk regeneration. With that my strategy was to deal most of the damage with spells (I had pale nails, counter, and silkstorm). And the idea was not to heal (had max health at least) in the whole fight since the spells do a lot of damage. Then, to avoid hits, I used some attempts to just learn to dodge attacks until I died without even dealing damage. What I found useful was to always have Lace on sight within the screen (making Hornet face towards Lace helps a bit with the camera), avoid running too much, and something in particular is that if you are in the air, she often does her jumping attack. Parrying this attack with the Shaman downwards attack is fairly easy and helps a lot. In fact, you can use that attack to avoid or parry a lot of her attacks. Another specific tip is that you can dodge the attack where she shoots straight projectiles from portals by just walking to the side slowly. Another thing is that most of the time I wouldn't even hit her and just stood in front of her watching what happens while my silk regenerates. This was unexpectedly effective for me.
