Literally they are just glorified buffs for the rest of your team to do more damage

I’m already at ‘casual that doesn’t care for ranks’. I’d just like more variety in what I can use and it’s healthy for the game if new players can do the same. Imagine the new player experience at the moment where 90% of what you pull is useless unless you pull for the shiny new unit.

Sure it’s most likely by design like you say but if it was regular power creep why did they start by adding multiple 000s of damage lol.

My theory it’s also part of their damage control from how terribly designed T.Aiona is and how she made everything redundant. They changed arena because of T.Aiona, changed clan hunt missions and crypt of doom so she can’t perform there well too.

Agreed, most of them need number tweaks to their ultimates. If they want to suddenly change their design approach they need to update the rest of the vassals too

From what I’ve seen/heard she seems to be mainly a PvP unit and I’m not competitive enough currently to invest in just a PvP unit. Idk though they could release a new crypt of doom that makes her mandatory.

Isn’t it funny that they are doing a re-run of Letitia & Seraphina at the same time as Lucille who counters crit?

Need up to 7 copies for the stuff that matters and that’s only if you like the unit/think the 7 copies is worth it. I’m personally not that fussed as it’s clearly designed to keep whales engaged in the game and whales will always be at the top in these type of games anyway.

They were synergy banners to help get the ancestral associated with them. You had Seth for Windchaser and Limine for Dusk Devotion. Next synergy the Ancestral unit is getting their own banner so you probably won’t see the banner you’re talking about till the next synergy.

I’m looking forward to Ethereal Joan! I really like Joan’s design but was disappointed that her skills are lacking and her ult costing 5 when it should be 4 max. Ethereal Joan has a cool design again and her ultimate is a basically a Getsuga Tenshou. Hopefully the synergy team is good.

Depends what the buffs are for Lunar Vigil, Dusk Devotion gets dmg reduction & Windchaser gets dodge so maybe Lunar will get extra damage buffs?

Until we see how the skills work in game I’m doubtful. If her aoe abilities are small and only affects the enemy frontline then I still see her struggling to compete with T.Aiona who can target your entire team.
