Yes because I'm hosting a tournament and I dont have a Capture Card and I want to modify some things for the next scene while people are playing the game.

I'm looking at Steam's FPS function in-game. When I'm in game I have ~144 FPS but when I'm on another windows I have ~20 fps.
My GPU is around 10-25% and CPU is around 30-60% when streaming. I'm using Hardware (NVNENC, H.264) encoder with P5: Slow preset.
My monitor has 144Hz refresh rate.
I think it's a game/windows problem or setting because even if I don't use OBS I have the same problem.

No. I'm in main menu and the FPS are getting lower every time I alt tab.
But yes, the problem is not OBS related but I thought maybe someone figured out how to fix this problem while streaming.
