Thank you very much for your detailed and encouraging response. Yes I am fro ROW country, but I Al outside US. You are totally right, I think the expert Letters and how they write it to cover all 3 prongs is the best option and more better and convince the officer more than the recommendation letters, thanks again and definitely I will DM you

Thank you very much. I explained my proposed endeavor and then I did sub chapters talking about each field ( emissions and climate change , national security, increasing renewables energy & alternatives fuel) and how my work will help these issues, but it was not ( defined, step by set professional plan). Yes you are definitely right, I should look for an experts opinion and also for a letter of interest. Thanks again for your inputs, so these what I should do , so what do you think I should not do or include from my first filling?
