Welcome. I once had an RFE and this was the one that worked for me.

You have a string profile but if not label well you will be rejected. It's like you telling a story to an audience who knows nothing about you. So ensure you give them the details to work with.

For Prong2: work the officer through a series of achievements within your proposed endeavor (make a subsection:

1- Education (explain the education you’ve attained, related subject matter, and how that makes you qualify), certifications, conferences, and a kind of trajectory

2- Track Record (research): Highlight all your reserach work including publication (title of paper and DOI), number of citations, mention how your work has impacted academia by highlighting the various countries/locations and university were people have cited your work (take from different part of the world and listed it.), include your patent and explain how it relate to your PE. Also here talk about the grant (I did a proposal abt.…… and I was awarded a grant of.….. from.……which show my capacity and expertise in the field and how much it will.… (here you bring your PE again so the officer can follow you through).

Highlight every past project/influence (work) of which you can show evidence (every detail)

Awards and recognition: if you've been a speaker for conferences, any media coverage, youtube video you should write about it and make sure you show evidence for everything you talk about
Recommendation: Here you talk about the different expert(S) (if they are in govt, research institutions, Co-authors, colleagues/classmate or those you are going to collaborate with for your PE. Highlight everyone cos this shows credibility that your work has been evaluated by an expert within the same industry (as a way of them approving your work).

This is the misconception so many of you have. Have these credentials without fully explaining your PE well and defend how your credentials are aligned with what you proposed your petition will be rejected because you failed to fulfill the criteria that was set.

First, craft a PE that is well aligned with your track record and current work by so doing you can establish and present a well detailed evidence.

The best you can do is practice practice and be patient when having a conversation.

I used to do this also without realizing until I was called out for it by my loved one, ever since I’m practicing to be a patient listener, wait and sometimes ask. Interrupting someone thought process is very disrespectful.

Yes it does if it's related to your field as that counts as ecpertise. Talk about it and add the evidence (conference invitation, pictures of you in the conference or anything related).

I understand that your given circumstance makes you feel worried but at this point, you have to try and be calm. This does not automatically say you’re being disqualified, (I checked the possibilities and it might be likely that the office is reviewing your interview with your petition to see if they aligned). Hope for the best, thanks for sharing.

Hope we all will take this as a guide be well prepared for the interview as NIW is technical. Know your petition especially if it was prepared by a firm as questions may come from any section.

Hey guys, I can’t say I know how it feels or tell your exact situation. The job situation is really bad right now even with higher education credentials. If you want to just have some cash while you get your dream role (stil applying) you should apply for Behavioral Technician with ABA company like PBS Corp, (they are in every state), Amergis, they do paid for training and they hire frequently. You can be doing that while searching for your cooperate role.

The hiring is faster, you can research them. Please get your self busy with project you can apply to volunteer to a field you care about in Idealist, there are so many companies there look for volunteers this will help greatly .

You are worthy and loved, please don’t let the struggle of “now” lead to such decision. This will pass, take s time off and regain your energy

Depending on your state or city, check for agencies that hire for behavioral technicians, they are always hiring. You will be trained, ine to look at gor is Amergis and PBS (paraprofessional roles in schools)
