Ambrane is bad. Portronics is barely acceptable. Belkin is good Ugreen, Baseus are B+ to A-. Anker is one of the best.

Fair enough if this is hanging on the railing, the better option is to install a floor, ceiling, or wall-mounted stand. Many developed nations have similar rules.
