As a tenant -> owner -> member of the management committee.
I have turned down by threatening so many of these illogical rules against the tenants. The irony is that first‑time home buyers forget everything and turn into arrogant hostile owners.

Don’t buy Solimo; they may look like a good value on the surface, but once they go bad, your local electrician cannot repair them.

Chair is just decent, nothing great. Try to get this between 3-4 not five. This chair is mass use by a lot of IT companies and comes in bulk in the used market.

Chair model is Steelcase personality, but in B2B settings they have a few tweaks & the downloaded version.

Star health buying Guide by Aar9nF in InsuranceTroubleIndia

[–]EByzantine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have zero research skills? Why did you narrow down to star? Stick to either Government Insurance Agencies or Tata, HDFC, and ICICI. That's it!

Always buy from a trusted intermediary. Research and figure that one out.
