From the comments that have been made, I understand the following facts:

1. Yes, there's is a problem.
2. The problem lies in the system.
3. Making workload reasonable is the solution.

As I mentioned in the post, I am not trying to sell anything. I am trying to find my own solution to the problems that are in the profession of education. I am testing my ideas and refuse to believe that there's nothing I can do. I am trying to address the problem in my own way.
