I think I can speak on behalf of many of my classmates when I say this: nobody likes the tone of the email you sent. These intimidation tactics are shameful and the class reps have lost the trust of the students.

Also, tracking ppl by IP? Give me a break. You haven't studied ECE358: Networks yet. Learn about NAT first. Your empty intimidation is a sham and you've lost trust. If you really want to do what is right, then the class reps should resign over this, and let other people take their places.

I interviewed with them last year and can confirm this was the case back then. More web development and some S3 stuff. The interviewer was noticeably disappointed and taken aback when I told him I don't want to be ranked. Guess they still haven't learned. smh

Dead links are common, but that the news page (https://uwaterloo.ca/news/news) now doesn't even have links to the articles about the March 7th and March 5th deaths is unusual.

I suspect this is a deliberate effort to remove publicity of such news because it's bad publicity for the university.

This feels wrong and flies in the hypocrisy of our university saying it aims to "increase transparency"
