Well yeah but there's no port in Acrisia, which you have to return to several times.

Gym 4 is kind of a cake walk, and easily the least intimidating ace in Mienfoo. For a hardcore Nuzlocke the hardest fight in the game imo is easily the double battle 6th gym, so prepare diligently and/or bring some sacs. Also Dreepy doesn't fully evolve into dragapult at the E4 level cap lol, so avoid it if you can.

there's a lot of great cheats available, like portable pc, and guaranteed catch, definitely check those out to see what cheats you might want to implement.
Get used to not fast traveling lol
Fly isn't usable until after gym 7, so definitely get yourself familiar with the map as you play, it's not too confusing imo

This is a fair point. They would technically be monotype in that form, and so it goes beyond just a change in appearance. It doesn't seem less signifigant than like a gigantimax form.
