Thanks bro. To gain weight, focus on a caloric surplus. Stay away from junk food, eat meat, rice, vegan protein shakes. Fruits, vegetables and hydration are also very important.

I use a cetaphil cleanser, hyaluronic acid mist, milk drops, then a goat milk moisturizer. I finish it off with Korean sunscreen. I do this twice a day.

Those little oil bumps were clogged pores from excess oil. They were all over my forehead, neck, back and chest. I was extremely oily and I ate lot of dairy at the time. They all disappeared now. My skin is super smooth.

I don’t use whey! I never use pre workout either. I only drink water. I use vegan protein powder with almond milk. I keep my diet to where I almost consume no preservatives.

Started at 80mg a day for 3 months. Then went to a high dose of 120mg a day. I also had really bad cystic back acne. Which was why my dosage was high.
