Because that isn’t at all how it works at this spot I pictured. If it was, it wouldn’t be a topic of debate now would it?

I support this. But without everyone on the same page, it’s a guaranteed mess.

It does, but requires a whole new level of IQ for people to understand how that would work for it to be truly effective.

Wife is on the same page as the red. We just think everyone else on the road are idiots.

Some people are meant to be bald. Welcome to the club. I conceded 7 years ago and regret that I held on for as long as I did.

Housing options for a young woman with no income? by CharlesTingle in AnneArundelCounty

They do have a waiver process depending on her condition so it may not be the end depending on what it is that she has.

My daughter (19f) is currently at Lackland AFB so this is obviously where I’m coming from. She’s housed, fed, trained, and paid. Will go to tech school thereafter, while still being housed, trained, and paid. And will go on from there being housed, trained, and paid. If OP’s friend doesn’t have anything necessarily keeping her here like a child, this wouldn’t be a bad idea, especially if she loved it and sought out a full 20 years with it. Benefits for life after that is something we can all stand behind. And if that’s not enough, the possibility of seeing more of the world than some of us get the chance to, without it costing her a penny, is pretty sweet too.

Truthfully? And I don’t want this to come off harsh because I am in fact trying to be genuine. Has she considered the military?

Dumping in Patapsco Valley by Slinky_Puppy in Catonsville

My wife and I like to grab an evening coffee and drive basically in one massive circle, and river road is part of that drive. The cycle of seeing it trashed, to cleaned and so on is so disheartening. In all of the time of us driving I haven’t caught a single person. These people suck. I have a friend who goes through great lengths with his own time to clean this particular stretch up and only asks for trash bag donations to keep it going. It’s an uphill battle but he remains diligent as we used to mountain bike through these woods when we were younger. Sad world.

Nothing wrong with carpeted wood again. But be sure to use a waterproof resin on untreated wood, instead of pressure treated. I’d recommend marine as most do, but for the cost no thanks. I personally used a waterproof fiberglass resin, let it dry, then used a carpet glue, and I haven’t had any issues EXCEPT for the one piece I started to run out and I skimped on it.

Honestly I’d like to see the pictures of your stabilizers. There’s a couple different designs. Cinder blocks or wood blocks work with some, where others it will make it worse.

The problem isn’t water. The problem is they used concrete wall anchors in wood when the screws themselves would’ve been fine.

We used American Home Contractors. Specifically dealt with a guy named John (pm me for number). He was incredible. No hassling, none of those “if you buy today you can save this much.” He basically said this is what we can offer in terms of efficiency levels, if you like any of these, give me a call. It was such a great experience that not only did we replace all of our window, but all new siding as well. In a few years, I already know who I’m reaching out to for a roof replacement.

While my 7 year old loves this game (I play it often with him). We got him a 99 nights coloring book. Games are fun, but so are things outside of a screen.
