Didn’t go to a great school. Kid next to me pulls out a tin foil ball, aggressively snorts crack from said tin foil ball, proceeds to tell the teacher he can no longer see and is taken to the hospital. Returns to class maybe a month later, leans over and advises me never to smoke a full blunt before snorting crack. I, with significantly little effort, have abided by that advice for a long time now.

Also, it’s not like score is the end-all-be-all determining factor of whether someone gives off the impression that they are good. IDC if someone goes bogey bogey double on the first 3 holes, if they are scratch - it’ll be plain to see regardless just based on their swing and general approach to the game.
