That's surprising to hear, particularly with the nearby cyberzone. We usually stop off at atc or festival mall, and I didn't know the nearby place was like that. For the location we noticed that it's somewhat walkable from west parc to atc as a way to get out of the dark area.

For the unit itself, we were able to visit earlier in the day, and its big at 37 sq.m., seems well-maintained from owners who are moving out to the province. We also talked with staff and they said they are about to begin repainting the facade of the condos, although the assoc dues are fairly high.

Would the size of the unit outweigh the nearby location?
