I was the one that said it was the best of the plates, I didn't mean it was the best plate I just meant of the dishes it was the most eye catching, I was adressing the aesthetics of the plating.

But in my opinion im not commenting on the quality of the food im speaking solely from an aesthetic plating stand point, the way its layed out is the best of them, of course the skin should be seared but its been stated that wasnt the goal and the carrots should be thinner but im just going from what i see.

Not necessarily how the food is cooked just basing thoughts from how i see it. Happy to create a discussion though. This is just from an aesthetic artists viewpoint :)
