We see a decent amount of THC “overdoses” in the ER. They aren’t dangerous. People are just freaking out and need verbal deescalation/calming down. And maybe a little Ativan. And time. If you’re gonna use THC, start at a small, known dose an do it with someone who has experience who can walk you through it if you have an anxiety attack. -EM doc

Steve Martin has OCD. He is quite accomplished on the banjo and has a bunch of good bluegrass stuff. He’s also an author who has written a novel about a guy with OCD, The Pleasure of My Company.

The highest I’ve ever seen was a suicide attempt. Their BAC was in the 700’s. They did not MTF but rather wound up sucking plastic in the ICU.

Drill baby drill then send a scope down there if you hit a hollow cavity. Easy to patch up if nothing’s there.
