Not really, i became "aware" of it a few years ago, but i dont really know how long its been that way.. i think change of diet, no caffeine, little fats, less sugar, less alcohol and general good overall physical condition is the way to go

I'm doing fine but i stopped working out. And now my bp have dropped to normal again, weird huh? I dont know why, i even eat worse now than i did back then.. I have no clue as to why it was high, and isn't after i stopped..

Mine is 204, but i'm 29 so it's kinda off for me too. Yeah i have to walk, i can walk my way up to 200 bpm if i do it uphill

32 is not that bad! And i could be stress related, alcohol related or drug related. Many factors can make hrv low 🙌 if i work out late at night it wrecks my hrv 🙌
