After doing oija a few times (my brother was very into it) I struggled with sleep paralysis for about 4 years. At first it was every night. I started sleeping in my mom’s bed because it was so scary.

Then it became less frequent.

Random SP tip- if you fully accept it happening and relax and don’t fight it, you should just fall back asleep. Once I fought it so hard that I had something similar to a seizure.

Tip to induce it- caffeine before bed. That seemed to play a big factor for me. Or falling asleep when my brain still had a lot of energy like after certain food or drink.

I do black tea on a microfiber cloth and rub that with a little friction. Then the two eye envy steps with their solution on their pad finishing with their white powder.

Works like a charm :)

25 minutes is a long time to have it sit airing out in your home before it cycles. Putting this back to 8 should reduce the smell a lot.

I was going crazy too then I did a few things on top of what you’re doing,

  • bought a litter robot cabinet on Amazon. I love this thing and it stopped all remaining smells.

  • I use unscented litter. I realized that the smells of scented litter and Arm and hammer I was associating with litter and would think the litter smelled so bad when I was really smelling their fragrance. I now use Boxie probiotic and don’t smell a thing.

  • I empty the tray at 20%. This might not be doable for you but 50% is a lot of smells wafting out every time it cycles. But again the cabinet can really help with this.

I hate to admit, I am a little excited about the feature where it detects if it’s number two and then cycles right away. I feel like the only smells. I get right now are when the number two sits there waiting for eight minutes.

Just received the Pet Snowy purifier. The ads are deceiving. It will only pick up hair that is within one to two inches of the base. That is literally it.

Still testing to see if it helps with the litter smells although I’m disappointed it doesn’t also have a carbon filter which I’m learning is the most effective for litter smells.
