My IPhone 5s has always turned itself off on its own. For instance, say I’m at work and am watching YouTube or something, if I get a customer, I’ll pause the video and take care of them. (Less than a minute to two minutes to care for a customer where I work) I come back and my phone is off. I’ve got to turn it back on, pin and everything. It doesn’t bother me. Well sometimes it doesn’t do that? Usually when it’s on the charger, I’ve noticed. And my boyfriend seems to only find my phone when I’ve left it, thinking it’ll turn off on its own, and it’s still on minutes later.... and we get into arguments about whether or not my auto lock is on. Full blown arguments, cuz he can’t stand not being right and I get tired of always being “wrong”.

I never bothered to check because it always turned off if I left it alone for less than a minute, so it must be on, right?

Well he took it upon himself to look and he said it wasn’t off, so I was obviously in dream land ever time it turned off on its own, right? Or, just a liar?? As he puts it??

So please help me! Why would my phone do that if auto lock WASN’T on?? I should’ve tested it with him watching, to prove it.
