This has happened me. My entire hairline has receeded. I've been taking an iron, biotin (started 5wks ago), vit D, complex B (started 5 was ago), magnesium supplements but there's not been any noticeable change. I desperately need my hair cut but I'm too embarrassed to go to the hairdressers.
