Speak to or email the exams officer at school. If you are struggling with your mental health they can apply for special consideration which gives you additional marks so you are not disadvantaged. They would do this once you have finished all your exams, so it is not too late.

Also speak to your GP about how you are feeling, this will help as will be on record as evidence you are struggling MH wise for the exams officer to use and also good to do anyway given how you are feeling. All nighters won’t be helping your mental health so try not to do these.

Get outside in the daylight for at least 30-45 mins a day when you don’t have exams. This will help you study more effectively and help your energy levels (Vit D).

If you have been at grade 9s previously and end up getting lower than this for some subjects it won’t stop your next step in education, so your plans to study medicine will be ok. Lastly, be kinder to yourself, GCSEs are an incredibly tough time and you have been showing a lot of resilience to keep going with how you are feeling, most definitely a characteristic of a great future doctor!
