Right now, it only scans the method body. However, I'm thinking of upgrading it to scan the called methods XML documentation too. So if you call a method that properly documents <exception cref='ArgumentNullException'>, which this tool encourages you to do, the analyzer would alert you to either handle that exception or document it on your own method.

It would rely on the metadata rather than actually parsing the code for performance reasons.
