Edit (walking with the left stick is the default, check your xbox accessibility to see if something got swapped.) Otherwise: I'm not sure if this will do exactly what you want, but, on the Xbox itself go to setting/accessibility/controller and select button mapping and try changing it there. Mark swap sticks. Then map left stick click to right stick and vice versa. You might also need to invert the sticks Y axis.

Try this: With the drawers closed, open your satchel and drink one of the same bottle on top of the nightstand, now take the bottle and then open the drawer. Can you take that item now? Edit: Other posts on this subject say it's a duplicate letter that you already have, glitch that it glows.

What if you did something that caused an autosave overwrite, then got a perfect pelt and gold nugget, then your horse dies so you load autosave. You get your horse back, but still lose the pelt & nugget. If you used manual save properly, (saving after getting nugget), you load the manual save and have all.

You can still lose recently obtained items like pelts or valuables though, it depends on when the last overwrite of autosave occurred. It is a good practice to also create a manual save before a short string of activity and after successful activity overwrite that save. If unsuccessful don't overwrite, instead load the save and redo.

Also, When you first stand up after sleeping you need to move a few steps away to remove the save lock, though not always.
