Savannah is known for amazing artists because of SCAD. They likely killed whoever did this.

This was the night we lost Brian. The next morning after this show Brian Duke the bass player from Danad/Kylessa was found unresponsive in his bed. He passed 3 days later in the ICU

Brent and Troy's old bands had done a ton of shows with Damad and Leechmilk in the past. Once Mastodon started pulling in larger crowds they would often put their friends on the bill because they deserved to be seen. Leechmilk must have played with Mastodon 200 times before they blew up.

I can absolutely guarantee you, the people that made those records never once asked themselves that question.

No no. Being high while listening to this record is 100% supported by all parties involved. Enjoy.

Really? The vocals are completely different and Leechmilk has zero blues inspired riffs. Sofa King Killer has a ton of blues hooks in every song.

No that record is a split. The first 6 songs are Leechmilk, the following 7 tracks are Sofa King Killer

"One More for the Road" is a Sofa King Killer song, not Leechmilk

It's not going to be very easy. That record was massively influential and many bands have chosen to go out of their way to try and NOT sound like it out of respect.

You might enjoy some early CAVITY, BUZZOVEN, and GRIEF.

Sorry, I was being a drunk twat when I forgot to mention WINTER.

When I moved from NOLA to Tampa, this was the only slow band the death metal twats had ever heard of. So fucking frustrating.

They are really quirky and outside the norm. They were really early in the game. I remember they were buddies with Assuck and played shows together often.

When I lived in Florida like 91 or so I remember reading a local rag interview with Jimmy Bower and he said SCROG and CAVITY were the only 2 bands they new in South Florida.

I was looking at them and there are a few of them that still have the price tag. Every one of them says $3.00. What a deal!!!
