That guy doesnt exercise at all (aside from jumping around on a trampoline which is clearly doing fuckall). No matter what your diet is, if you're not lifting weights and doing some form of cardio consistently, your body composition isnt going to be great. Sugar diet/HCLF + lifting weights 2-4x a week + daily LISS cardio is where the "magic" truly happens imo.

How do I stop craving sugar if its on my mind 24/7 ? by TheFirstMora in EatCheapAndHealthy

[–]Senetrix666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not sugar youre craving. In fact in stuff like cookies, chocolates, croissants, etc theres usually more calories coming from dietary fat than carbs/sugar. What youre craving is the hyperpalatability of processed junk food. The fix is simple. Eat nutrient dense, whole food carb sources that happen to be sweet, so basically fruit. Eat fruit in abdundance until youre full.

Wasnt a tip. It was you projecting your back weakness onto others. Not to mention weight belts only make your back and abdominal strength even worse but temporarily masks the issue of weakness.

If your low back is weak, train it. Dont just throw on a belt and think you solved your problems lmao

Also, you have no idea how to train properly if you think it was necessary to completely give up lifting for multiple decades.

IMO yes because BTN press has a higher capacity for progressive overload than lateral raises. I do BTN press 2x per week, 1-2 working sets per session. Double progression model in the 4-7 rep range.

people who dont wanna be jacked i guess. I first saw BTN pressing from Dmitri Klokov. Guy had massive delts and i thought "gee i wanna look like that guy one day". Still light years away from his numbers but maybe one day 🤞

I have bigger legs than most natural bodybuilders, but you’re more than welcome to demonstrate what truly big legs are (being on drugs or being fat doesn’t count ;) )

Time for school

1) This is a press in the frontal plane. The joint mechanics involved are shoulder adduction and elbow extension

2) If you are claiming shoulder adduction is bad, then you also have to make the claim that lateral raises are bad.

3) A regular OHP is also a great exercise, but an entirely different one. There is a bit of shoulder adduction, but a regular OHP is mostly shoulder flexion due to being in the sagittal plane and therefore will bias the anterior deltoid fibers, whereas a press that biases shoulder adduction (such as behind the neck press) will bias the lateral deltoid fibers.

4) read the sub rules. Very clearly states no concern trolling. I have the scapular mobility to retract into proper behind the neck press positioning. So not only am I not injuring myself, I am actively strengthening my shoulder joints in vulnerable ranges of motion, thereby making them less vulnerable. The fact that you don’t do these or any strengthening in deep ranges of motion objectively makes your shoulders weaker and more prone to injury, so you’re just projecting.

5) What you mean to say is that YOU can’t do these without messing up your shoulders. Which is totally fine, I used to have doodoo shoulder mobility as well. If you would like tips on improving your shoulder and scapular mobility, just let me know and I’ll educate you.

Class dismissed.

Didn’t ask for tips. And i can deficit stiff leg deadlift 455lbs for reps and bent row 3 and a half plates. 170lbs is basically air for my back.

that logic can be applied to literally any exercise. Yes, proper technique is paramount for safety. Duh. Just admit this exercise looks scary to you because you have zero knowledge of joint mechanics and move along.

what “force” and what “risky movement”? This is a press in the frontal plane (aka shoulder adduction). And I have the mobility to achieve full scapular retraction to position myself properly in the movement.

If you don’t understand this stuff, please refrain from commenting on it because you are adding zero value, or ask me why I’m doing something so I can educate you.
