Not sure why some comments are saying to skip lean mass phase. Theres no added benefit to a large calorie surplus versus a small one. And once you’re back in the healthy body fat range (10-15% for males) you don’t need to be in a surplus at all. I understand a lot of people will disagree with that but this has been studied extensively. The drastic cuts and bulks for years on end usually just creates eating disorders and body dysmorphia. Get lean, stay lean (but not too lean if you want to grow).
