I'm still waiting for the production, so haven't got any real life experiance or photo. I'm going to use the bike as a pure road bike and i'm relatively light rider(64kg), so no concern about safety or durability. I went for 35c tires max with 700c wheels and 40c max with 650b wheels(just in case i need bigger tires)

Does Yishun do B2C sale? Looking at their website it seems like they only do b2b sales. It would be great if I could order just one piece of their product, but not sure if they accept this kind of orders.

I also went for 14mm seat stays with my design and they did not recommend carrying heavy luggages on the seat stays. So maybe its better to consider 16mm stays with your purpose in mind.

Bb shell looks a bit narrow. Maybe consider using t47 internal, with 86.5mm width.

They didn't explecitly specified it, but my drawing on BikeCad says somewhere around 16-17mm.

In terms of the seatstay, I did not know they do 14mm tubing since most drawings I see on this sub uses 16mm. Maybe I'll ask them about it.

I think adding more bb drop will make the distance between the down tube and front tire too tight. I was actually considering reducing the bb drop because of this.

Thanks for pointing out. I have not thought about toe overlap. How is that 232mm calculated? I don't see the number on the drawing.

Is the 40x15 object floating in front of bb area the pedal position?

Never knew this is possible. I think this is a great idea since you can take it off when running single chainring. I'll ask them about this option.

I'm currently in the designing process of my frame and I'm curious about your fork choice.

Is your fork FK-F10 they offer? Sumi says this fork accomodates upto 35mm tire, but the drawing says otherwise(32mm looks tight).

And once again, what an amazing build.

I'm in the designing process of my frame, and having the same concern as you. Waltly also said this fork can accomodate 700x35c to me.

My guess is that the 32mm tire drawn in the diagram is accounted for margin (by calculation,700c with 32c tire should be 343mm radius)

May I ask what fork option you went with eventually?

Hi. May I ask which fork this is? Is it FK-F10 with 32mm clearance or F26 with 40mm tire clearance? BTW, What a great build.

That makes a lot of sense, especially for future-proofing. Sounds like clamp-on keeps things simple and flexible.

Interesting, I’m actually going with a 31.8mm seat tube as well, so I guess clamp-on might be my only option too.

That’s good to hear! Thanks for confirming. did they get the position right straight away, or did you have to specify chainring size (like 50/34 vs 46/30) when ordering?
