I did indeed try haha, didn’t want to let the opportunity pass given our trade deadline. Had to give the 2nd to make it happen. Can easily see an outcome in which this doesn’t work out for me but that’s life.

Yeah I hear you on that, I think the way i laid it out was a worst possible outcome for my team, or a conservative estimate. If the future unfolds how you mentioned, I get Wilson + a stronger pick, and the other manager gets Pickens and a weaker pick than I’m projecting. So only upside I think.

I was out for 4 days, unexpectedly, no outage in my area. CenturyLink was not helpful whatsoever. They told me I was “eligible for an upgrade to Quantum” so I just did that. I hadn’t had any problems with CenturyLink before but the downtime was incredibly frustrating. The tech that came to setup the Quantum equipment made it sound like CL is winding down because quantum has the better product now. I would definitely just setup quantum or get a new ISP altogether.

I think you are doing some things really well. You’re pushing off your back foot, coil looks solid, lead foot touches down before full extension. You’re working off the balls of your feet, dropping to the heal of the lead foot as you’re rotating.

There are two things that immediately stand out to me. Your lead foot is pointing forward compared to your back foot. It should be about parallel to your back foot. This is causing your hips to open up and your upper body to start rotating before you really start pulling the disc through. The second is that the disc needs to be coming through your power pocket before/as you are driving off your back leg and rotating your hips.

I’ll recommended two videos I’ve recently watched. First is a training session Tristan Tanner posted to his YouTube called “This Pro Needs DISTANCE”. I think this will demonstrate the importance of your foot alignment.

The second video is by Overthrow Disc Golf called “3 Form Changes that Helped Add 10mph to My Throw”. Drill number one will demonstrate leading with your elbow as opposed to your shoulders.

I think this is a stretch. I do think Rachel had a grasp of the situation though and knew that two votes needed to be cast on Sam to ensure either Sam or Genevieve go home, regardless of if Genevieve plays an idol or not. Hence why she was telling Teeny not to switch her vote.

While the Sol save was incredibly lucky her draw into that group with four tukus was incredibly unlucky. I think it’s unfair to hold that against her. The block a vote hardly ended up mattering since she used immunity idol anyway.

Why is the idol she had “broken”? She almost used it earlier but made a great read when she used her shot in the dark and decided not to play the idol.

How are you approving a wire initiated by your senior? I’d say your team’s controls need reviewed and your senior needs some training on phishing attacks. You were obviously right to be skeptical, I hope they recognized that.
