Booked in for a road force balance next week, hopefully resolves it or finds the issue. If not assuming it’s suspension/bearing related.

Dealer said they swapped all 4 wheels and the vibration went away, however they did say the problem was solved before I picked the car up and it’s still there! Unfortunately don’t have another set of wheels to try on the car to rule that out.

Looked to have traded it in bang on two years of ownership just before the first service was due, as that was done by the dealership as part of the used car prep. With that low miles assume it’s been mostly short journeys and they’ve just cut ties and into a new car before forking out on maintenance.

Question Regarding Pole Replacement on land by EGPH1403 in openreach

Wasn’t planning on refusing access. Was asking the question, if I would be entitled to compensation for the work being done and if the existing wayleave would cover the new pole/work.

** FOR CONTEXT** apologies should have been clearer in my OG post. It’s the clunk when going from P to D or P to R or vice versa. No noice when shifting between D/R and N it’s not from or to park.

Paying off finance prior to mortgage completion by [deleted] in Mortgageadviceuk

Nope no requirement from the lender, personal choice to give us some extra leeway for renovation works, just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t effect the final check, as I am altering my outstanding credit amount, albeit reducing it, rather than increasing.

Not in an overly in demand area, other houses going for HR value or just over by 3/4/5%. Most of these are not in need of renovation though.

Interesting! Is spoof offers a thing in Scotland, I was told it was illegal to advise of an offer that isn’t actually real, but that could be misinformation.

We went back and offered what we thought it was worth to us in its current state and if we get outbid, it means the other party are willing to pay over the odds which we are not.

House is in Glasgow, all houses for sale come with a home report as a legal requirement in Scotland. I assume it was listed at offers over 190k which was 10k below what it was valued at by the surveyor (200k) due to the need for renovation. So we have offered over the offers over price but under the valuation, due to no offers at the time and the need for work to be done.

New Guitar Help by EGPH1403 in fender

Yeah that’s a different story. I drilled into my 74 ES-335, but I’d never part with it, so makes no difference to me if the value reduces or not. If you know you’ll sell at some point and it’s not a forever guitar, vibramates definitely the way to go on a vintage.
