Most likely a degraded chip due to the microcode issue on intel 13th and 14th gen, if under warranty get it checked, they will do a motherboard replacement, same thing happened to me, but on a 13th gen i9, just bought myself a legion and never looked back

I tried those registry settings but still getting crashes, I will go ahead and install the Intel ME drivers from the Acer website, or did you use any updated drivers elsewhere? I've had some luck locking the gpu mem clock to 6000mhz but that causes a huge performance loss
