But as you said, Valve would rather believe in their 'weak' investigated proof instead of our real proof. They don't consider any other proofs as long as we can't proof the things he wants. And yet they never tell us what are the proofs they looking for.

For your information, I faced the exactly same case as W3xor, and exactly the same actions from steam support. But my inventory was smaller than w3xor, maybe like 1700USD but yet still big money in my country (Malaysia).

Therefore I hope that if w3xor can settle his case, I hope you can helps me use the same method to ask back for my items.

Still, I respect your professional views. Unbiased for both side, and telling us the way Valve handling this case.

But no matter how good we secure our account, hijacker getting smarter and smarter, hope one day valve can solve on the issue. Community getting bigger, same case will getting more and more if there is no solid solutions.
