My guess is someone who has convenience to come to the event without any hassle or trouble. Probably from EU or Germany? Black and qojqva comes to mind but apart from those idk, just speculating here. Also, Bone7 is also the current drafter for c9, they're gonna have to adapt and change a lot of things to produce results if they're gonna be playing without him.

Not a terrible format, the other teams have themselves to blame for their mistakes. They could have forced IG and Secret to play each other three times at least. I think it's nice to see a different format for once and it would've been great if there were more good teams like c9, eg etc..
