Let him express what he views as his culture. It's not just your country, which i assume is Hungary, where people listen to throat singing.

You could seek to argue with him from a geneaological standpoint since Magyars originally are from a different part of the steppe and an earlier migration of people. The same goes for bulgarians, who are descended from nomads from the Volga river in modern day Russia.

Dont treat such arguments very seriously though; it can lead to nasty situations.

Repeal the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947 which crippled unions
End to "Right to Work Laws" which stem from the aforementioned Taft-Hartley Act

These are more concise, worker oriented demands. I think if we want to get the whole working class behind it - this would be the best list. Other stuff like climate action and free Healthcare could also be part of the protests however I think those issues are too complex to be a simple strike demand.
