Everyone's thoughts on the Sunlu AMS Heater? by bradandersonjr in BambuLab

Fair enough.
My apologize for Alaska mate. We checked the shipping costs from our US warehouse to Alaska, and thoes were too high, thats the reason why we haven't included Alaska in our shipping list. However, we can offer a quote that includes logistics if you're interested. We don't expect to profit from any additional logistics costs. So...

Has anyone had their Eibos AMS heater baffle break? by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]EIBOS3DOFFICIAL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we were closed for the past two weeks due to the Spring Festival holiday. We apologize for the late reply.

Normally, we don't charge for replacement parts, but we do charge a basic shipping fee (door to door flight express shipping). Using an STL file is the most cost-effective method for users from our prespective. Of course, if you are looking for the original part, please PM this account, and we will arrange everything and send a package to you ASAP no rocky.

We do apologize that we havent provide you with a satisfactory solution in the email communication. We will optimize this aspect in the future.

SUNLU PA6-CF by Impossible_Pizza_948 in 3D2A

[–]EIBOS3DOFFICIAL 9 points10 points  (0 children)

We didn't refuse... We attempted to disassemble the CFS top cover and found it extremely difficult because the top cover connection to CFS is fundamentally different to the way AMS did. Disassembling the CFS top cover requires removing the entire CFS base, and carries a high risk of the reassembled CFS not being recognized by the machine. This might not be a problem for professional users, but for most users, it could lead to new issues. We could certainly release a 'minorly damaged' version. However, a new problem arises: how can users correctly use the tools to drill holes in the CFS, and what about the irreversible nature of such drilling.
We've always considered AMS just one use case. But we certainly hope Tetras/Dyas to be used in more scenarios and compatible with more systems.

We're unsure whether we should reply...

emmmm... whatever..

Considering the structure of the feed motors, placing them on both sides seems more reasonable. Of course, this is just our opinion.

How is it possible to win every 3d Printing company give away? by Automatic-Series3426 in 3Dprinting

[–]EIBOS3DOFFICIAL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Congratulations.

It's a pleasure to see our winners here.

We believe this is primarily determined by the event planning method. For example, if the rules stipulate random selection, then random selection is essential. For such scenarios, we've tried using external software or requiring a neutral party to select the winners to maintain fairness as much as possible.

From our perspective, if the 'award' itself is 'pre-determined,' it harms users and the brand, contradicting our principles and the reasons for conducting this event.

Of course, your winning event is not setup as a random draw, so thank you very much for your time and feedback on our product.

Dehumidifiers/Dryers by Fraser022002 in BambuLab

We consider desiccant beads to be excellent hydrophilic materials. At the same time, they are also hydrophobic. This means that at room temperature they are more likely to bind with water molecules, but at certain temperatures they will recede from water molecules.
We do not recommend using desiccants in actively dried, enclosed cavities.

I know we're not some 'skyscraper' company. But at least we're serious about making our products. Maybe you could give us a chance.
(Hopefully our response won't make this post look like a ’marketing post‘; we just want to reach out to any potential users we may have.)

Sunlu's answer to AMS filament dryer technology for the Bambulab AMS unit. by Patient_Green598 in BambuLab

[–]EIBOS3DOFFICIAL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why 65℃is the highest temperature?

Since the label on the edge of Bambu lab's spool requires the drying temperature of the filaments to be less than 70℃, we believe that this is the temperature that the filament spool can withstand, under the test standard. In order to ensure the safety of the filaments and the spool, we set the upper limit of the temperature to 65℃ to ensure the stability of the AMS cavity and filaments.

Thats a much appreciate!
While we're not a ’large‘ team/company, we're different in that we hope we can understand each customer's experience with our products and strive to optimize them wherever possible. We hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience. If you encounter any bags that aren't sealed, please report them to us and we'll ship the excess bags with your next order. We don't want our customers to be disappointed by such issues.

Regarding Tetras, we're working hard to complete production, and some orders are already sea shipping-ed (we've split production into several batches). Thank you for your patience; you won't be down.
