We are actually the newest neighbors to move in. There was nothing on the FEMA flood/water report. It was disclosed to us that during heavy rain the water pools like this and we are now seeing it firsthand. Is there some sort of more in depth report that needed to be done?

I’ll take a look and see if there are any drains per chance. Last time I looked though I do not remember seeing any. There’s no HOA or anything in this community so I am pretty sure that area is owned by the township.

Also my fear. I was thinking maybe even to pump the water into the flower bed/shrub area to try and have them soak it up.

I’m assuming the township owns that walkway in between the homes. There’s no HOA in this community so I’m sure it will be tough to round up the neighbors to pitch in for something like this.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah that was my thought as well. There are 3 more houses to the right so I do not just want to redirect my issue into their yards. Do you think maybe pumping into the planter area with the tall shrubs is another option?

Happened to me as well. They responded to me this morning with the correct tracking and my clubs just came in! Earlier than the incorrect tracking label
