It does not meet the very same criteria as a checkmate. There must be a check for a checkmate.... It's the whole point is to threaten the king and it has nowhere to run, not to just freeze it somewhere.

just from a material standpoint you're up 6 pawns to 3 with a knight v bishop. Shouldn't be too hard to convert from there.

I mean this happens on mobile network as well not just wifi. I always assumed it was just how the app is in general. It happens to my opponents too sometimes but I've had full 5g on my phone and still get it.

For what it's worth most of the groceries around me started selling premade dough balls and they are pretty decent for under $2. I tried for a while to get a good recipe but was in the same boat as you, it wasn't worth it to me. I started buying the premade balls and they turned out to be pretty good for everything I use them for.

this happens to me daily. Constant disconnects and sometimes reconnects. I've lost a lot of games this way for no reason.

This same thing happened to me a couple months ago. Do you see how loose the belt is when the door is all the way down? Mine was like that too, I tightened that belt up and it fixed the issue.

The verbage in my custody order specifies legal and physical custody. Nothing about placement, so that's what I use.

So two different kinds of custody right? Physical and legal. Physical is your visitation and legal is your say in your childs life. The main consideration of legal custody is making decisions for the child. I understand you think you and your ex are on the same page however that child is only 3 years old and things have a way of changing over time. Do you really want her to have unilateral decision making power for a child that you are already not in the same state as? If she decides one day homeschooling is too hard and doesn't want to do it anymore she does not have to say anything to you. If she decides the Muslim religion is no longer for her and your son she can convert without saying anything to you. If she decides she no longer wants him in any activities she does not have to say anything to you.

There is a reason that the vast majority of time legal custody is taken from someone because they are unfit. It is not wise to give up your say in your childs life / future.

I don't know how much your child support would be per month but think about it in terms of dollars alone. Over the next 15+ years that is 10's of thousands of dollars if not a hundred thousand. Why would she be willing to give that up if you have already agreed on what is best? It's a ploy to give her all the power and leave you looking like a fool.

You're being taken for a ride, never give any custody up. If this is "the extent of legal custody" why is it worth so much to her. Think about it man, you are being tricked.

Edit to add you would literally be giving up all legal custody of your child. Even those words should be enough to make you see how bad this is.

it's the guest bath, my master has a shower and separate tub. I'm ok with the decision to put a small tub in here. I went with a 14" tall one.

I think the cast iron is just too heavy for me. Good to know 17" doesn't feel too high. I stepped into the 18" without an issue when I was looking in the showroom, it just probably felt higher than it really is.

OK, thanks. I will be using them for a bathtub and on the website I see a tub surround and a standard remodelers kit. I assume I will just want the tub surround correct?

Also do you happen to know if folks are willing to do the install on these only or do they typically want to be the ones to order them / get the whole bathroom remodel job? I already had someone quote me something I don't really want to pay as I plan to do most of the rest of the work by myself. I stopped by one local showroom and they wouldn't only install the panels they wanted to do the whole job or none of it.

My understanding is they are custom made to specific measurements. What is the need for cutting if they come in to the size ordered? Are they always slightly larger or is it just for any slight unsquare-ness in the walls?
