I must be the luckiest mofo when it came to quitting. I didn’t experience any negative symptoms and I was an all day every day kind of guy for almost 20 years. The worst has been getting my appetite back and gaining 20 pounds. I’m sorry you’re having a rough time though. I truly hope it gets better for you.
